Peak Season (May 1, 2008 thru September 14, 2008)
Daily--$250.00
Weekly $1500.00 for 7 nights (pay for 6, 7th is Free—must be a weekday)
Off Peak Season (September 14, 2008 thru April 30, 2008)
Daily--$185.00
Weekly-$1110.00 for 7 nights (Pay for 6, 7th is Free –must be a weekday)
2-Hour early arrival or late departure $80.00 plus tax
When you stay a week with us, you qualify for the below, no credits given,
No refunds given, no substitutes, and only applies to this unit.
$100.00—Free Wal-Mart Gift Card
Beautiful Breakfast Basket (filled with a selection of breads)
Security Deposit $400.00—which we will refund within seven business days
Provided the home is left clean, no damages, no replacement costs
