Guests are asked to provide towels for Hot Tub, Dry Sauna and 2 Pools and Lake, food, soaps, laundry detergents, paper towels, tin foil, saran wrap, food and personal items. Guests must provide their own life jackets, which are required for children under 12 on the dock, pool, boat, Water Sport Package.
We provide for you: Bathroom Tissue, Trash Bags--We do not replenish. We provide Bath Linens 20 Bath Towels, 20 wash cloths, 20 tea towels (we do not replenish-you would need to wash ($1.25 to wash dry no charge-you would need to bring laundry detergent with you. We provide Bed linens, blankets, bed spreads, pillows. We do ask you bring with you from home--children that are not toilet trained--a protection sheet over the sheets--bring towels from home to re-move make-up, any clean up that you would want to do. We do charge a fee for damaged, missing Inventory.

We do refund your Security Deposit within 7-15 days after your
departure date provided the home is left clean, in order, no damgaes,
no replacement costs If space is available and you would like to arrive early or depart
late the rate is $30.00 an hour plus tax. We do not give refunds, credits,
rain checks, for early departure, fewer people arrive than you made the
reservations for. We have provided you with a Virtual Tour, given you a
description of the home, answered all your questions-- upon arrival should you decide you are not going to stay you would forfeit one-half of your total
rental package.
